How the machine works:

The BE1200 system bases its workings on the reclamation and separation of glass. This automatic machine can do the following:

cleans the two types of glass from varnishes and applied resins making them good or a second use in glass works.
dust/powder suction in absolute filters.

Treatment process:

The two types of glass coming from a disposal and reclamation machine such as the AP 760, are treated separately on a successive machine that eliminates the superficial coverings present.The glass is put into a feeder that activates a sieve until the desired quantity is reached.

This machine works on a “dry” system. The treated glass is dumped from the sieve into a winnower to separate the two sizes of glass. It is then passed onto a belt that takes it to a collection point for stockage and the two types of glass can be reused.

The machine is equipped with an aspiration system for the dust that can be produced during running times. The “vacuumed” air is treated in an absolute filter system: glass dust, varnish and resins are collected in appropriate containers and sent for disposal.

Channeled systems are not needed.
